If you have e.g. if you order goods or services, we need data from you, which are marked as mandatory in the ordering process (this is mainly your name and surname, delivery address). If we did not have this information, we would not be able to deliver the goods to you correctly. Furthermore, for the purpose of selling goods or services, we need your e-mail address, to which we send you a confirmation and other information regarding your order, a copy of the terms and conditions, the complaint procedure and the form for withdrawal from the contract.

When ordering goods or services, you can also fill in optional data. These help us to better and more efficiently fulfill the concluded contract. You provide optional information to us voluntarily.

If you contact us by phone or write us a message, we will also process your personal data listed in this communication.

By filling in optional data in your user profile, you will also notify us of your other personal data, such as frequently used delivery addresses.

We may also process information about your behavior on our website, ie. e.g. what links you visit on our website and which goods are displayed to you. It is mainly a name, surname, e-mail address, or telephone number, resp. Your other personal data, which are necessary for the purposes of communication between you and the Operator, i.e. for the purpose of answering your questions, resp. solutions to your requirements. When filling out the contact form, you give the Operator consent to the processing of your personal data listed in the contact form for the above purpose. If this consent is not granted, the Operator cannot process your personal data and therefore not even answer your questions or solve your requirements.

Purchase of goods and services: first of all, we process your personal data in order to properly process and deliver your order. If any problems arise, thanks to your personal data, we know who we can contact.
Customer care: if you contact us with a question / problem, we must process your data to answer / resolve it. In some cases, personal data may also be passed on to third parties.

User account: thanks to the personal data you provide to us in your user profile, useful functions will be made available to you (eg if you provide your phone number, we can easily inform you when the order will be ready). You can change the data you enter at any time, with the exception of the e-mail address, which is used to access your user account.

E-mail marketing: we send you e-mail business notifications based on your consent. You can easily unsubscribe from receiving business announcements by using our contact form.

Improving our services: using the history of your orders and behavior on the web, we can offer more relevant offers of other goods, e.g. accessories for purchased products. In certain places, we therefore display products that are directly for you and correspond to your interests. To optimize the elements on the web, we can also use tools for testing various variants (so-called A / B testing), Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.

We use the personal data contained in the comments added to the website together with the comments themselves through their publication on the website to enrich the content of the website and to present the relationship of the public and customers to our products and services.

We need a large part of your personal data in order to be able to conclude a purchase or other contract with you at all regarding the goods you want to buy from us. As soon as the contract is concluded, we process your personal data in order to properly deliver the purchased goods to you. Based on this legal title, we therefore mainly process invoicing and delivery data.

interests

For the purpose of sending business notifications (e-mail marketing), we process your personal data on the basis of your consent. If you do not give us your consent and you are our customer, we can send you business notifications without your consent. In any case, you can simply prohibit such marketing communication on our part by using the contact form.

To whom we provide your

personal data

Your personal data, which we process in connection with the operation of the website, may be processed in addition to the Operator by the following recipients:

  • legal representative of the Operator;
  • public authorities;
  • entities to which the Operator is obliged by law to provide. personal data;
  • other persons processing personal data for and on behalf of the operator on the basis of a contract on personal data processing.

How long we process your personal data

The processing of personal data on the basis of consent is only possible during the period for which the consent was granted. In the case of processing of personal data for which consent has been granted, your personal data will be processed for the necessary period of time or until such consent is revoked, but for a maximum of 5 years.

We will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us.
